We have 2 plans that are service by Terminix. I am very happy with the service provided for the past 10 years. The technicians are friendly, approachable and customer oriented. I have no complaints. If I want something done, I communicate with Terminix and they take care of it successfully. They are an outstanding service in my Tampa location.

We have been pleased with our Terminix service and the very helpful technicians. This past time we had a substitute technician who talked with us at the door and helped with what we asked.
However, we did not receive any advanced notice of the treatment day. This would have given us a chance to move some plants and door mats.
He reminded me it was time for service. He came at my time.
The response time was great. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently and well. Prices are on the high side.
