The tech was polite, told me what he did and efficient. Helped me to understand arrangement that Terminix will be at my home once every 3 months. I understand that its possible I will see some continuance of ants in the next week- but it should continue to improve.

Terminex is not just pest control in the normal sense of someone who comes out and sprays for bugs monthly
They had a team that installed Vapor Barriers in out scrawl spaces
a Termite specialist came out and inspected our home then placed in-ground termite baits
A rodent specialist came out, found and plugged entry points, put external poison boxes around the property and strategically place baited traps to resolve an infestation of mice that had gotten out of control
The also do our traditional Spray and nest/web removal monthly.
and when we are ready to sell our house the termite specialist will come back out and provide documentation (Termite Certificate) house is termite free
I have never had any insect problems since we started with Terminex and our service with Noel.

He also makes sure to communicate with me prior to his regularly scheduled visit and make sure that I don't have any questions are concerns that need addressing. I appreciate his manners, courteous demeanor and professionalism. He deserves a 10 every time.
Jarred is an excellent communicator. Preforms a thorough treatment and assessment of the exterior of my home. He always asks if there are other areas of concern. Very much a gentleman and he even closed my garage door when finished.

You guys take very good care of us, we have had ant problems for years and finally decided to employ a company because we even saw the ants upstairs in the bedroom years ago and we don't eat upstairs. We haven't seen a whole lot of ants since we got you guys to help out. Thank you so much for all you guys do to help with the ants

Douglas was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, told us what he was going to do to help and followed through. He was prompt, thorough, and has excellent communication skills. He did more on his first visit than our previous company had done in years.
