James Zinc is the reason your feedback is so good! He always calls before he comes to give me a heads up and then calls if there is something I need to pay attention to. This last call, I was not at home and when i looked online I saw that there was something concerning in the report. I called back and left him a message. He called me on a SATURDAY to let me know things were fine and he saw some evidence of mice etc. but had taken care of it. That to me, was beyond regular service. He is very thorough and professional. I hope you will reward him for his work.

Great communication on services provided
After an unfortunate incident with a spider, I was determined to get the situation under control. I was able to quickly schedule an initial appointment. Nick arrived and did a very thorough inspection of my situation and got to work spraying for pests. He inspected my crawl space and made me aware of some issues there. He quickly got me an appointment with Dylan who also did a fantastic job. He explained what I had going on and quoted me a very reasonable price to resolve. I was very, very pleased with both young men. I look forward to many years of pest control with Terminix.

Our Technician, Merle, is outstanding. He is efficient, prompt, great with communication, and keeps our home bug-free and gopher and mole-free. He gets a 10 from us!
One complaint is your "friendly reminder" letters, which arrive after I have already mailed you the check. I mail the same day that I receive the statement. If you want your money sooner, then send me my statement sooner. We always bill our bills promptly, but do NOT want to pay them with auto-pay. We pay No One in that manner.
