Shanon Lacerda is such an extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable technician. I would love to have him as my permanent tech. In fact, while Shanon is my favorite tech, each of the techs from Terminix have been professional and courteous!
I'm old school when it comes to Contracts and people coming to my home. I like to get to know the person I am doing business with and count on professionalism. However, the only down side I have found with Terminix, in my area Polk County, is no one tech is assigned to my location. With that said, the good thing is that Terminix requires tech's to keep their pesticide license up to date. So, that is a big plus!
I stay with Terminix as my husband has always favored them and considered them very reliable!
