My service technician was very customer oriented. He kept his appointment time. He immediately started to work after informing me of his arrival and his areas of concentration during his visit.
Ralph is an outstanding technician. He is both friendly & professional. He knew that we had an issue and an appointment later in the week, but when he was in the area, he reached out to see if he could stop by. By doing this, he was able to address the problem sooner, which was greatly appreciated. Ralph has been treating our home for years, and he is part of the reason we stay with Terminix. You always respond immediately when I need a special inside spraying. You give a fill and complete accounting of what you do when you come to do the outside treatment, and inquire if I have any concerns.
The service Troy provides continues to be excellent. He is the only reason I am sticking with Terminix as the pricing is getting out of control.
