Terminix always has trouble processing my payments. I get tired of the calls when a payment plan has been worked out and I have sent in payments. Sometimes, it is credited to my wrong account. FIX-IT!

Pest control is great, but my drywood termite treatment is lacking. I paid for the termite coverage, but when I suffered termite damage nothing happened. The head office people on the mainland said they would contact the Hawaii people to give me help.
