Service providers are great. Good communication. Same for contact with local managers.
Biggest issue with Terminix is their accounting system. Lack of coordination and communication. I continually receive bills for services that are not due for payment or "late notices". The billing system makes little sense and is very confusing and time-consuming to attempt to remedy.
Technician was great as usual however Terminix scheduling system is not good!

The tech that came to my home was excellent.
The serviceman was very knowledgeable of his job & he was very polite & professional. He explained to me what he was doing and asked if I had any questions for him concerning the pest control problem that I was dealing with. He has already stopped most of the problems that I had & i still have some visits for him to come back to my house during this contract for this year.
Lots of good things about Terminix. They have 3 services that they do. I have had the termite inspections for many years. Never had the termites but gives me confidence to have the techs out. The other 2, I don't need regularly but they come when called. The customer relations including the techs are very good.
Hice is great! He is considerate, efficient, and very professional. Terminex is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

For the most part happy with Terminix. Think the dusting in high areas of the house should not be forgotten.
