My technician, Peter, was fantastic! I recently moved back into a home that was a rental property and unfortunately it was infested with roaches only after a year of the tenant occupying the property. Peter educated me on the process and was very thorough in exterminating all areas. After the first treatment, I already noticed a significant difference. I'm grateful for the patience, professionalism, affordabilty, and effectiveness of Terminix and great staff like Peter! Peter's customer service was exemplary! He deserves a raise or some sort of promotion...period!

Mason Silcox was my service technician. He was EXCELLENT. He explained all the services, gave me helpful hints and fully counselled me about what the service includes. He also uncovered a mistake in my records and said he would have to address this with his manager - for which I am glad. I have tried several times to get this corrected. to no avail.
