Blake Swanson is terrific and always provides advance notification of when he plans on coming to my home. If I need Exclusion Service, that is a different story. In the past, there have been so many round and round transfers to book an appointment and at times, no one ever showed up. And it's practically impossible to confirm that someone is actually coming on that day. Additionally, Exclusion Service should automatically make plans to visit at least quarterly, rather than my managing it.
Roger was very polite and explained everything to us before starting. Answered all of our questions and did a nice job.
Tech Israel has great customer service. He always listens to my concerns and provides options. He also has great communication skills. I almost cancelled my service last year because of a very high increase on service fee but Israel called the office and they were able to keep me at my old service rate. I would highly recommend Israel as a Teminix Tech he’s a good listener and doesn’t rush, he really takes care of customers. I recommended him to my neighbor who now has service with Terminix.

Shaun is the best. Always lets me know when he is coming. Is respectful of relooking our fence when he leaves. Always communicates with me when he has to cancel due to bad weather. And reschedules immediately.
