The rep Kathy that comes monthly to service my home is extremely conscientous. I get notifications of when service is to take place and arrivals, she takes care of my property and security gates at all times and I receive detailed reports. If I ever needed a change in schedule she was most accomodating. Excellent rep!
Your whole staff has been very kind, informative, and problem solving oriented. I always feel listened to. When we discuss a tricky thing like a wasp nest that keeps coming back in a hard to reach spot, the team has been really helpful in coming up with preventative ideas. My sister uses a different company and I happened to be at her house when they were there. She's had a similar issue with wasps this year and her company's response was not nearly as helpful. It made me appreciate your company even more.
Melvin does a great job with our pest control. He’s willing to help us in between visits if needed. He’s friendly and knowledgeable about the services.

I had a technician by the name ofCECILIO RODRIGUEZ He was super well mannered he explained everything very well to me as well as the plan as well as what he was doing, and what was the main focus moving forward to eliminate the pest within my home he explained every step of the way and even gave me recommendations of what not to do and of what to do to prevent pest from coming in to my home, you did an amazing job and after he sprayed and set out traps my pest problem has dropped significantly in numbers thank you Terminix me and my family appreciate you guys for your service

My Terminix service is one of the only things in my day that is hassle free and works the way it should. I am notified by text and email along the way and my home is pest free. And a special shout out to Daniel Hanner who has been my technician for several years. He is absolutely outstanding and just a really nice guy to boot. I have been with Terminix for at least 10 years and am completely satisfied with the service. Charles does a wonderful job getting rid of the ants and other pests in and around my home. He communicates with me before and after the visit to let me know what he going to do and what he found and has done in regards of spraying. thank you Terminix and Charles!
