Wes is very responsive to our requests to make any additional service calls for our tiny ant issues. Living near the beach makes it hard to keep them away. The service contract was the best thing we ever did.
I have been a Terminex customer for several years, and they have always treated us with respect and human understanding in helping us keep pests under control and out of the house. Their techs are outstanding; and, if there is a problem in between quarterly treatments, I just give 'em a call and they come out. I will continue being a Terminex customer!

We have had very few insects in our house since we started with Terminix years ago. Very happy with the service though it’s getting expensive.
They always let us know when they arriving and do a thorough walk around and give accurate list of what was done and what to do if have issues.
Kandy M. Is a very professional and friendly representative for Terminix. She always takes care of my home like it is her own. Kandy always informs me about insects that are in my area and any that she observes herself. She offers inspections and any retreatments if necessary. I appreciate all the tips she has to offer to keep my home bug free
I need to be aware when the technicians are coming not the text I get but a heads up on scheduling. I never get to schedule my appts. I’m never home when you come. I need to see comments on the concerns and if the concerns were addressed that day or If I need follow up treatment. The technician is great really polite and knowledge. I just don’t like how the company runs things. So don’t blame this feedback on the tech blame it on management. The technicians are the backbone of these type of companies the management 9 times out of 10 is garbage
