Your technicians who came to the house were wonderful. They took every question I had and answered thoroughly. What they did to the outside of the house is working greatly as every morning. I get to sweep Beatles off my porch. Good exercise and I know I’m getting rid of bugs. They came inside and did an efficient job there also.
The ding in not giving a 10 was the person walking the neighborhood who sold me the service but didn’t give me the full story or explanation. I took a few phone calls from your home office to get things squared away.
ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE
Our technician lets us know when he plans to come by and do a treatment. He always asks if there are any pest problems that have shown up around the house. And we always get a report about what he has done.

The two main contacts on my Terminix account (Bob, the pest inspection specialist/sales representative, and Jaelyn (aka Jay), the extermination application technician) are both polite, professional, knowledgeable and reliable.
