The treatment around the outside of the house is excellent. The representative texts before he arrives, is punctual, and communicates afterwards with what he has done and what he has seen with insects and pests.
However, the yearly service that is included in the contract I would give a ZERO. For the past two years I have been contacted for a specific day and time, and no one shows up. Nor is there any follow up by the company unless I am the person contacting Terminex.
Technician is always on time. He answers all my questions and is very polite.
