The technician (Marc) was outstanding. He walked me around the exterior of the house and pointed out all the ant trails and how it was getting in the house. Exhibited care (e.g., turned over the cat water dishes so medicine wouldn’t get in it) and he was very knowledge with his Terminix duties. Marc took time to explain everything to me and even offered suggestions. He is a very personable & knows how to relate to this customer.

Terminix’s website is user friendly to navigate. The service technician contacts me a day or so before servicing. An alert gets sent prior to their arrival. Service always asks of any concerns that I am having.
We always receive outstanding service from our Terminix technician.
