Primary reason for the 10 is Rodney. He is such a nice person, I look forward to chatting with him. He always texts the day before with a time frame, the reminder text when he's 2 minutes away is so much appreciated! Besides being friendly and an overall cool guy he's also knowledgeable about his field and I can ask him comfortably.
Second reason, no bugs obviously! We tried out a different company, Pestie and we saw bugs so went right back to Terminix.
We've been long time customers and will continue to be.

Sean always asks about the property and if anything in particular is amiss. He has revisited several times due to ongoing ants in the house. He is very responsive to our calls and text. Don't swap him out on us!!!

My tech Miguel De Jesus Villatoro always goes above my expectations. He always checks in before starting my to see if I have any concerns and at the end to let me know he's done and if there is anything else I need.
I can text him of issues that come up between services and he responds right away and comes by to take care of the issue. I've had other techs before him and one recently who covered his area and they didn't do half of what he does.
I've been biten by spiders in my home and have had issues with rodents (which I hate). I no longer see spiders in my house and every time we've had a rodent or thought we did he has worked to remove or prevent them from showing up.
I really hope he stays around because his customer service is second to none!!
