Kevin: The Tech Rep is engaging, knowledgeable of his tasks and he's consistent with the info he provides! Informs of when he's coming, including the timeframe & meets the same, usually within 5/10 minutes of the top half of the window.

We rely on Capelouto to protect our home from invasive insects and pests, and it has been a satisfying business relationship. We've been customers for almost 30 years and have invested in home pest control, encapsulation of the subflooring, and both subterranean and drywood termite protection. They resolved for us an infestation of carpenter ants on our patio and an earlier but awful invasion of roof rats (which did not return). When we bought our home in 2000 the seller had to replace over 65% of our hardwood floors due to wood-destroying organisms (WDO) in the sub-floor; thanks to Capelouto our subfloor is tightly climate controlled and free from wood rot - and in Florida that goes a LONG way. Heck yeah I'd recommend them!

Service did the injection and left. Then a
manager, Mr Morais, came by to check it
out. He „mopped up“, vacumed and
cleaned the area. I am grateful for that and that
he trained the rep for it.
