My technician Traver Pierce is amazing. He goes the extra mile by removing spider webs and wasp nests that I can't reach. He also treats the ant hills in my flower beds and yard. He is always so polite and professional.

Terminix is great. My technician always calls several days before the visit. He texts when he on his way and rings the bell when he arrives. If he is only servicing the outside, he calls when the service is complete and sends the report link by text. The insects are always kept at bay and if there are any problems between visits, I know I can call for a follow-up. I recommend Terminix to anyone who wants good service.

First, Aaron is always professional, courteous, thorough and willing to please. Whenever there has been a particular pest problem that continues to challenge him, Aaron doesnt stop to defeat but further searches for a solution!
I must say there have been times I considered going elsewhere and/or trying my own research and remedies but Aaron would take the lead by going to superior guidance in the company until the pest problem was solved.
Second, the cost is out of my budget which has been another reason Ive had to consider leaving Terminex. However, again, it was Aaron's willingness to come out and always try again to help me with any of the pest problems Ive had.
Sometimes, cost is a driving reason to reconsider a lesser known pest control company, but when you have a representative with Aaron's professionalism, integrity and determination for customer satisfaction it is worth a lot... like money in the bank!

Kevin Wong was very professional. Described how he would conduct his inspection and the subsequent spraying. Also advised re allowing dogs to return to the yard. Based upon his prior work, this procedure works. Haven’t seen flying ants or other pests since….
