Everyone that's been at my house is very friendly and thorough! The only reason I didn't put "10" is that getting a live person to speak to on customer service is nearly impossible, and when I actually do, they defer me to "someone will reach out to you" and no one does, I just get a text message that is super unhelpful. A year ago that wasn't the case. So, not sure what changed, but your technicians definitely deserve a 10!

Justin Wright, my service tech, is always very professional and helpful. He takes time to answer my questions and makes sure that I understand his answers.
Your technician Regigie is great. Really makes sure he checks everything a Treats everything. They let me when coming so if I need him to check something or treat something in house he will be ready.
I think working with billing needs to be easier. Switched from separate termite and pest control to combined. Should have had more of a refund for paying in advance for the separate and then going to combined.

Professional service, however prices slightly higher rhan competitors
My property is a rental. I hired Terminix to safe guard my property from all type of pests, roaches, spiders, mice, rats and mosquitos. It has been 5 years or so since I have used Terminix. I am extremely satisfied with the service and my tenants have never complained of a pest issue. And the technicians are very polite and informative. Yes, I would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Terminix for your service.
