I’ve been with Terminix a number of years and you always respond. Just yesterday I had Josh out of your Dothan office come and deal with a serious flea infestation, successfully I might add, The logic behind the 9 is I’m pretty well satisfied but for years I managed a bunch of people and I never gave a 10 because in my mind there’s no need to improve and I think that’s no true including with Terminix.

David is the most thorough and responsive technician. If we ever have an issue, I simply send a text and he’s there to take care of the issue with a few days.
Our technician always communicates before his visit, so we can secure our dog. Always respects our property
Our tech does an excellent job on our windowsills, doors and all exterior areas. He always calls ahead of time to ask if the date and time are convenient for him to come out and clean and treat the area.
Once he completes the exterior he rings the bell. He always reports on what he’s found and what areas were treated.
He always asks if I have any problems inside. I usually have no problem and he always tells me that if any problem arises just glve him a call and he will come out and address them.
He is very polite and courteous and always professional. Do not hesitate to hire this company!

The services are hassle-free. They let me know when they’re coming at least 2 days in advance, they arrive, do the job, leave, and send me a detailed report of what was done. Hassle-free. I live it!
I've been with Terminix for years and have been satisfied with the service.
Dan is very thorough in checking for insect problems and takes care of them. He even gave me a tip on how to get rid of the fruit flies I had because of fruit and vegetable waste. Worked perfect and my kitchen was soon insect free.
