Terminix has kept bugs out of my house for over 20 years so I do recommend you to anyone who tells me they have bugs in their house. It has worked for me so it should work for them.
The agents give notice in advance before they arrive. If any areas need attention they welcome input. They company responds when rodent activity increases this last winter and the exclusion was improved, very responsive.

Cizaro is a great service man! Cordial and polite, efficient, and thorough. I refuse to use pesticides in my yard and garden to protect wildlife, but I have used Terminix for household pest control for over 40 years with good success and no ill effects to my family or pets, and I am almost 80.
Always announces he is on the property and asks if he can help with anything new.
