Our rep that comes out (Greg) is always helpful and informative. He makes sure to verify his arrival and schedule. Upon arrival, he checks in to make sure we know what he will be doing, and asks if we need any additional things taken care of. He has always been great to work with.

I would recommend Hometown Pest Control because they have always taken care of my needs whenever something needs to be treated. Since it's Florida, you can be sure that there are enough insects to cause problems whether or not inside or outside of the house. So, whenever I call to report a problem I'm having, Hometown always shows up to help. And their employees are very helpful as well.
I was out of town when I realized that my Schendel treatment was a month in arrears & my regular Schendel guy didn’t respond to my requests by calls or texts (his preferred way to communicate! So, I called customer service to learn that service to my home had been cancelled presumably by an email from me stating such & that I had found another provider, all of which was not true! I was pleasantly surprised to hear in a couple of days from another Schendel person who had just been assigned to do the treatments, who explained that the prior service guy no longer worked at Schendel, & that she wanted to know the specifics on how my place had been successfully, externally treated to do a treatment that very day, in particular as I was not there to explain. She was delightful to talk with & clearly wanted to do the job well ! I was greatly relieved of any worry & thankful for her attitude! Please thank the supervisor who quickly addressed & fixed the error!
Todd is wonderful! Communication with him is always easy and prompt. The service is great and we have no pests to disrupt ours and our pets enjoyment in using our yards.
