John always arrives on time and he asks me if there is anything specific I need done before he starts. A lot of the time I don’t even have to mention something, he just takes care of it. On top of that he is always very friendly.
I don’t really have any issues with bugs but I know if I did I can call and it would’ve handled which is nice knowing it can easily be taken care of.

Technician Amir Kurtovic always calls in advance of his visit to let us know when to expect his arrival. He always arrives at the time specified. He explains what he will be doing. Afterward he goes over what was done and what he has found. He is knowledgeable and very pleasant and I would say a very good "face" for Terminix.
Always will stay with you. Good product. Kevin is our best technician. Product and staff keeps us on schedule. Kevin is a professional connecting with us on arriving and needs for home maintenance.
