It is mainly due to Scottie, the Technician that comes to due my pest control and mosquito control. He is very respectful, conscientious and personable not to mention the outstanding work he does at my home.

George was our technician and he was simply the best. He listened to my concerns, he found the areas the pest were coming from and treated for all the pest we had. He asked us to wait 3-5 days for the treatment to work, but the next morning, all of the pest were gone. We are so thankful for his professionalism and care. Mahalo!

I gave that rating because the service person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what he was going to do and why it needed to be done. He would notify me of the results of his work and told me to call Terminex in the next few days if something did not work. I really appreciate his experience and friendliness he provides to the customer.

I still have bugs and spiders even after my service is completed. It's like the pesticides used are watered down more then they should be just to keep a customer in need of your services. There are many things I do like though. Like the fact that you keep me on a regular routine automatically. The technician are always courteous and willing to do as I ask. Customer service representative are also very courteous and polite and willing to help with any issues.
