James Kalish is the best. He always notifies me at least 24 hours before he comes, by text and email, lets me know why he is coming and then after he completes his work, texts and emails me that he is done and what specifically he did and what he used. He is such a pleasure to work with and is very professional, efficient, accommodating, kind and courteous.

Service is always great. I live in Middletown Delaware and moved here August 2021. At that time we all types of bugs all over.Called terminix and problem fixed.They come every 3 months spray and De web for spiders all done outside. If i have a problem they’re willing to come in to spray also but haven’t needed that till this day. They do their job ring bell and ask if everything’s all right very nice staff working for Terminex well worth the money
