Our technician is always prompt and courteous. He always calls us the day before to let us know that he is coming and to let him know if there are any issues that he can help resolve. Since we have moved into the house in 2008 we have not seen any issues with bugs in the house. Truly remarkable and the job is done professionally every time.

Artiom is a great, knowledgeable Terminix employee. He knows our properties and always remembers what we've had done on previous treatments and follows up every time to ensure we're satisfied. He is a great employee and I hope to see him for many years.

James does a good job of spraying the outside and inside for ants.
After every visit, Terminix provides you with a detailed update of the results/findings of their visit. This is important as I may be out of the office at the time they make their site visit.
One of my tenants had an issue that I relayed to Terminix, and they were on the scene the next day evaluating and then took the appropriate action.
The local Health department wanted verification that we have a contract with Terminix and I was able to provide it to them asap.
Can't go wrong with Terminix!!
Both Jesse, my monthly pest control tech, and Josh, our Termite inspection tech are professional and very friendly. They are knowledgeable and always answer my questions and address my concerns well.

I have had good dealings with Terminx . The techs who come are very nice and do a good job spraying for bugs .
I know with anything there is always room for improvements. I’m not saying that there was anything wrong with the services I received. I’ve been a terminix customer for years and I would recommend Terminix to others, it as I said improvements happen all the time, so I sure Terminix is on top of always searching for ways to improve all the services that you offer.
