Regular monthly treatments have kept us mostly free of carpenter ants since 1995 when we bought this house and found them doing alot of damage. We use a pre pay program, and your treatment specialist is very regular and dependable about coming on the same day of the month and same time of day. I am able to talk to him about any concerns I have at the time.
As always he was on time, and kept us informed of what he was going to do.
The agent always arrives on time and lets me know beforehand and when he is finished. Spraying is helpful in combatting ants and spiders as well as termites
Don’t have to call, they are scheduled every three months. Seems to keep the ants and spiders from coming in the house. Also helps with the mice.
