Each technician and manager have been receptive to my inquiries, and any changes that I have had to make. Special circumstances came up when my mom was in her final stage of life and could not be removed from our home, but we still needed some ants taken care of. Ryan (our technician) came up with plan B immediately and took care of our problem. He did not push our appointment off to another day and did not show any frustration with the change in plans. He has been so kind, considerate, personable, professional, and receptive to change.
I recommend Terminix to all of my friends, and I will be transferring my service when I move out-of-state this year.
Terminix alwzys arrives on time to perform the service. They inspect the property and then apply the service for the day. They send a detailed report on the computer of what was done.

There were technical issues a couple of years ago when the technician would not listen to the pest problems we were having. We were not provided with actions taken to remediate the pest issue.
Then came Hernan is now our designated technician for our Terminix Pest Control contract with Terminix. He's so polite and professional. He provides feedback on what he completed. In his last visit, I mentioned cricket sitings, and said he sprayed more in the area, and to call if there are additional sitings. My niece who was at the house, also concluded the same about Hernan's excellent customer service.
The tech is always prompt, polite, careful, helpful.
