Terminix professionals that serviced us during this event involving carpenter and crazy ants were extremely helpful, professional and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process of treating our home for this situation based on their recommendations. We have been very happy Terminix customers for years and this "out-of-the-ordinary" situation for us only affirmed why we signed up for Terminix in the first place. Everyone who came to our home was excellent and ensured all of our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable with the solution to our problems.

Our regular service guy is always on time and effective. Occasionally we saw some insects and contacted him and he responded immediately.

I have a mouse in the house! Eek! They say where there is one there are more! I called Terminix & within a couple days a man came to my house sprayed & set traps in my cellar. Checked the outside of my house & said he would be back in a few weeks to do a follow up check. Now l have to wait until he comes back to check on my problem. He was kind & very informative!
