Since the changes the quality of customer service is lacking. People are unknowedgable. I've been given wrong information several times. The prices are going up. An inspector came to my house and didn't know why. I canceled appointments because they v were made without my knowledge.

My technician is Jason Potter. I know the customer does not have to be home for this service but Jason always checks. If I'm home he will ask if I have any concerns and tell me what he will be doing. Also I know if I notice something I can always call and a technician will respond.

Service is dependable and I see very few insects.

I wish the technicians were the same most times. It seems as though they change with each application. I also think Terminex is more expensive than all my neighbors. I have considered changing but am holding out for now.
