I think this survey is too premature. I only had one interaction with our assigned service staff. I can give you better feedback after a couple of services.
The technician always checks in before doing anything on our property. He does a good job.
Our tech is excellent—professional, courteous, yet still very personable. He is thorough and always checks in to see if we have any specific needs or concerns. When he visits during our business hours, he is quiet and nonintrusive, which allows our day-to-day operations to continue without disruption.
We truly appreciate his consistency, attention to detail, and respect for our workspace. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows every time. Highly recommend both him and the company!

I’ve had Terminex in my house for years and never had any issues, but if I have I called and they were taken care of right away the technician is very personable knowledgeable.
