Service guy is great. Office staff is very lax in taking care of book work or messages. Getting notices about not able to charge my card. I have called three times, I think, over the last 3-4 months that I was hacked and gave new card #.

The only reason Terminex gets a 10 is because of our technician John Proctor…does a great job and good communication. The first two technicians we had before John were creepy…also did not want to do what we requested…90 percent of reason we had hired Terminex.
Need to hire more people like John.
My service man gives me notice when he is going to come to my house. He lets me know when he is finished and gives me a complete report about what he did and what he found.
