It would be a 10, but I am not happy with the communication when setting up appointments. I do not get a call asking me when is a good time to come., I just get a text TELLING me when the appointment is. It is not always convenient for me.
Happy with the service-but the constant rising cost of the service is making me want to consider changing my pest control service provider

Mark & Omar were a pleasure to work with. They listened to my situation & provided options for rodent treatment. It also helped that Mark had assessed my home a few years ago. He remembered many details. Omar investigated my attic & basement & removed dead mice. He did a great job, too!. Both were good communicators. It's great to work with a company like Terminix that values employee retention
