It has all to do with my technician. he advices me when he will be here and is very punctual. He advices me when he is on his way and also of his arrival at my door. He asks after ariving if I have any concerns and we have a conversation if I do. Otherwise, he immediately begings his inspection of the outside and proceeds to spray against what he has observed to be a pest. He is thorough and very clean. Once he is done, he let's me know if I have any concerns inside the house, if we do, he addresses that and advices on how to prevent it before saying goodbye. Overall, Carlos has been a very good tech, he knows his job and he knows how to talk to us, the concerned customers. Thank you.

The gentleman (Johnny) was polite and on time with a call shortly before he arrived. I have no idea what he did as we were indoors. We'll see when the rains arrive if the spraying worked.
