I am a big fan of my tech, Mr. Errol Higgins; he has been servicing unit owners here at our condo complex for a few years. I, on occasion, would see him arrive on past visits through my office window as he prepped the items he needed for his clients.
I always told myself that, if I ever signed-up to a pest control service, I would do so with TERMINIX, in hope to have Mr. Higgins service our unit. When he called me for the first service visit, I asked him if he was the person I always saw visiting our complex in his TERMINIX vehicle, and he said YES!, that he had several clients within our buildings. I couldn't contain my excitement; he is the kind-hearted, good-natured and empathetic person I envisioned in my mind that he would be.
Bless you Mr. Higgins, for the time and dedication you've provided to your clients during your 41 years of pest control service... I look forward to your visits to our home with a smile on my face and a word of encouragement to brighten your day.

Our technician, Micheal, notifies me at least 2-3 days before the appointment date and the ETA of his arrival. He lets us know when he has arrived. He is polite and treats the property and house with our regular service and extra when needed. He always closes out gates when service is completed. 10 stars.
Anderson was knowledgeable, profession and informative about the applications/findings. Hope he continues to be on our route
I have always had great service with Terminix! The service people have always been friendly and listened to any concerns if I had any. I have not had any pests inside my house and they only service the outside per my request. I find dead bugs outside I know their products work.
The service man Dave explained everything and was very thorough.

Karl does an excellent job. However, I think the cost for a 15-min. $190, visit is getting out of hand and may have to reconsider.

My technician Troy is excellent. He is courteous, knowledgeable about extermination practices and the chemicals that he uses and always on time.

I have been with Terminix for several years,
largely in part, because I loved my technician. That said, I learned that he had a “territory change” a couple of years back and I was NOT happy. But, he said, “give the new tech a chance” and of course I did. I still miss Dan, but truth be told, my new guy, Ryan, has not disappointed! As long as Terminix employs the caliber of people that have serviced me, I will remain a customer!
