Traver always does a great job servicing our home. His close attention to details is always on point.

I have been a customer for years. Craig B. Is very polite and listens to my concerns. He comes when the appointment is scheduled. If not, I get a email from him. I get other people coming to my house claiming they can do pest control. Then the price quote just to come out is very high.
The primary reason for the score is excellent service. The communication with the Terminix team is also great.

What I did like was when the guy got to my house. He went straight to work, no hesitation, no chit chatting, he went straight to work. He got the job done very quickly in a timely matter. And if I had any questions, he answered everyone I had

Always dependable and whether it is a mouse or a bee hive they come and take care of the problem. Always on time and call when they are on their way. I have been using them for over twenty years.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Marco Valenzuela for many years, and I can honestly say he is always generous, helpful, and respectful. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed to reschedule, he’s been incredibly accommodating and easy to work with.
There was even a time when my house was being tented and I was having trouble getting in touch with another contact. I reached out to Marco, and he went out of his way to call them himself so they could get back to me. That level of support really stood out.
In all the years I’ve known Marco, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him in a bad mood and if he has,then he knows how to hide it, he knows to handle it with professionalism. He consistently provides excellent service, and I truly appreciate his reliability and positive attitude.
