Basically your people do a great job. But I still have 1/2" little brown beetles coming
out at night from the ground. I see them when I take my dog out in the dark and I have
to use a flashlight to see.

My Service Tech is amazing. We know one another's routines and it is great to have predictability and reliability in a service. If I have a problem between treatments, I know exactly how to reach my Service Tech and I know he will be responsive and accommodating in getting back to re-treat. He is kind to my pets. He keeps me informed about when it is safe for them to return to treated areas. He is conscientious about my property, my landscaping, my furniture and my home. The cost is reasonable. The treatment is effective.
