The communication is excellent with day before email notices the day before the appointment that are kept, the ability to track your technician to know they are on their way, reports letting you know what was encountered during the treatment. Every technician has been very professional and answers all questions that I’ve asked. I highly recommend Terminix!

Jared Trexler has taken care of us for years. He always texts me a few days befire he arrives, texts me after he has finished to review what he did. He always remembers to close and latch the gates of our fenced yard. When we have an immediate need (wasp nest, ground hornets), he is able to come promptly. He is the reason we stay with Terminix!
