Our technician Arthur is very reliable, but some of his duties have been reduced. He no longer comes in the house and checks for rodent activity in the Attic. He is no longer allowed to go up a ladder.
Why?? We have traps placed up there if no one checks them how do we know .

Aside from the many protections the company offers, I am truly impressed by my technician, Mario Attaway, who makes sure we are bug free, rodent free, and I very conscientious about his work, as well as being just a nice man!
I called Omar Ramos, he was the tech that previously handled my account. Told him I wanted Terminex for my pest control, he called Allen. Within one afternoon, on a Saturday, I was signed up for new service. A day later Omar came and sprayed the outside of the house. Very quick response and service.
