Steve is great always texts me to let me know what day and time he should be at my home. He will text when he is on his way. Always checks with me before he leaves and tells me what he sprayed for and do I have any issues. He is the best!

Since we have started using Terminix CHRISTOPHER FETNER has always handle our pest needs from the start. He has always kept us updated and has explained everything in detail from the beginning, We have no complaints. Mr Fetner always does a good job and is very customer friendly.
Nick took photos of the work he did and pointed out some repairs that need to be made to some vents. He was very detailed and I so appreciate him letting me know whats going on around the house. Let told where he put the note. He seems very nice and is doing a fantastic job.

Great customer service. Ibzan Rivera came out and promptly found the infestation in my house and detached garage. He explained treatments and recommended tenting which I agreed was that best. He explained the process and had me scheduled the following week. I feel the tenting process was effective. I also got an ant treatment done a couple of days later. Jeremy was very helpful and explained all the info.
