My technician, Mark Minnix. He always communicates with me before and after he treats my house letting me know when he will be here, what he is doing and what he found. For years I had spider issues and other companies tried to fix it but it was not until I moved to Terminix and Mark started treating my house that it came under control.

First of all, my bugs are under control, but James is the other reason. He's always been very helpful and just a really nice guy. The 9 rating is because of the price.

Tech very efficient, pleasant, all areas around the house, front and back plus small side porches were carefully sprayed which was a concern and taken care of which I’m very grateful. I was notified of possible arrival time which was a big plus.
