They inform of us of any structural damages that may be a pathway for pests to enter. Most importantly, they respect our family and our home during the service

I appreciate knowing I have professionals taking care of the outside of my home and don't have pest issues inside my house. I haven't seen a mosquito this year and very few other pests/bugs. On time and respectful of the property
I never have any problems with bug in the house, all cobwebs are removed. Thor is amazing at his job. The people that come every so often to look at the termite protection things around the house do a good job. I have had Terminx since 1993 and never had any problems.
Our terminix guy is issac...hes always on time and definitely takes care of any problems that needs to be addressed...very knowledgeable...
Benjamin and Gabriel were great. They were very communicative throughout the scheduling and ETA process. I was happy with the time they spent speaking with me and letting me explain my concerns. I have seen one pest since their time here, but it has definitely declined since their initial visit.
Our agent, JR, is the best! Great communication prior, during and after his pest control visit! JR always has a smile on, is friendly, professional, & knowledgeable! Terminix pest control really works. It keeps out the cockroaches, centipedes, all the bugs & critters from out house! I would recommend JR and Terminix.

You are responsive to my needs. William Martin, my Terminix rep responds relatively quickly to my texts when I find trouble. Yesterday’s smell was overwhelming. I texted him and he made the time to come over and removed a dead rat from the crawl space. That was greatly appreciated.
