Great service. Friendly technician. The service works, no pests. Technician always sends a text when they are arriving. Can call anytime I might have a problem and they are right on it. Free termite inspection.
We are long time customers and are very satisfied. However, billing and questioning the billing has been difficult.
The technician is friendly knowledgeable and answers any questions. If I have a problem I call Trrminix and tech will come and take care of it

David came by my house to start service with an ant problem I was having. He texted me the day before to tell me he would arrive at 7:30am. Exactly at 7:30 the next day my doorbell rang! He was courteous and professional and did a great job. Even gave me some recommendations that I could do on my own to help the problem. I highly recommend!

This is the second time I have entered into a service contract with Terminix. I was conpletely satisfied with the service and I have not had an ant problem since that time which was over 30years ago.
I was very pleased with Charles, the technician who did my initial service on 6/3. He was personable, professional, and did a thorough job. I gave him a 10 ratiing for his efficiency. I am looking forward to eradicating the issue that prompted me to contacr you again.
