We were on a call with a doctor, and we unlocked the whole house and told Dave to do his thing. He even came into the office where we were on the phone and sprayed quietly and left. I can't think of many contractors I would trust like I trust Dave.
Since we have had Terminex on a regular basis basis we have not had any bugs . Its worth having.
