Remarkable young tech who asked questions about the property AND LISTENED to what I had to say, the definitive word being "listened" rather than just memorizing a dialog and repeating it. Although, the tech before him, who'd recently retired, was the same way. It's people with the demeanor of these two, who strengthen the company's name making it easy to recommend them to everyone asking/looking to locate a good, reputable pest service. But, I can't speak for everyone who has/has had Terminix as their pest controller.
We've used Terminix for many years and have always been very satisfied! The techs are always very nice, very thorough, and always show on time. Further, one thing we really appreciate is that they send someone when we call right away, like when we see more than one spider (I hate spiders!).

Great job of keeping out pests. Very knowledgeable technician, who explained everything done on the premises.
Our service technician is outstanding. He always texts us with updates when he will arrive and when he’s done. He takes the time to knock on our front door and explain what he’s going to do before he gets started and when he’s finished he lets us know what he found. Working with rodents all day is not a glamorous job, but he always shows professionalism, a positive attitude, and is always friendly to my children. He’s an amazing employee that Terminix should be proud of him representing their company.
The technician was very polite & explained what he was going to do. It will take time to see how well it works but I definitely don't see as many carpenter bees hanging around.

The home office needs work, they seem confused when called, but the technicians are great and very thorough.
Terminex has always been very conscientous about taking care of any insect/bug issues we may have. The technician always notifies us ahead of his visit and checks to see if there are any special areas he needs to address. He also informs us as to what scheduled maintenance he will be performing during the visit.
Service was thorough, feedback was informative and provided with supported photos. Concluded with recommended minor control methods outside the scope of service and offers for upcoming seasonal pest control services.
