I'm a long-time Terminex customer. My first technician (long ago and I can't remember his name) was excellent in his work and customer service/interaction superior. I was a bit nervous about a new tech, Josh - currently the technician for me, but it took only one visit for me to regard him as highly as I did his predecessor. I usually get along with for people I hire, especially for work I won't or cannot do on my own but I do insist on good service and interactions. It has been a true pleasure for the work and relationships these two men generated. I have recommended Terminex to my friends and family any time I have been asked what company I use and why.

Lorenzo is a great asset to Terminex. He is polite, efficient and thorough. Not only does he perform his job, he always asks if I have problems. If I do, he spends the extra time to treat and follows up on the results. In addition, he always reminds me to lock my back gate when he leaves.

Devon Anderson is an excellent technician. He took great care of the bug issues around the house, and when I reached out about an unexpected spider visitor, he responded promptly and handled the situation right away. He truly went above and beyond.
