Lauren arrived when she said she would and she sprayed the inside of our house for spiders and around our kitchen sink for ants. She put ant bait at our kitchen sink. She refilled our mouse bait boxes inside and out. She also sprayed around the outside of our house. She was polite and professional. I couldn't ask for more.

I have an incredibly capable, nice, honest and helpful technician named Kitt Smith. I had been having a lot of problems with mice. Kitt examined the outside of my house, found a hole, managed to close the hole and I haven't had mice again.
Also, KItt explains everything to me without talking down to me. He is punctual and always lets me know when he is coming.
