My Service Technician is always very Thorough about all the spots that insects can enter into my home. He treats all the areas most prone to infestation. He also knocks down any Wasps that are around my home as well as treating fire ant mounds. I have been using Terminix for over
10 years now and I can safely say that we have had no roach, ant or any other type in insect
problem in our house.

I have a number of terminix 'encounters' - including dealing with rats where supervisors came out to personally address the issue.
However I have ONE thing against Terminix - a problem responding to my annual termite insurance plan inspection.
People would call then the call would be terminated.
Or the connection was poor and I could not understand the caller nor they me.
I've had little success there.
It would work FAR better if it could be accomplished on the web!
