The reason for the high score is primarily because of the service tech, Zachary Pearce. He fully explained what he was going to do (more than once), and made it easy to understand. Then he took care of the hornets quickly and again made sure all our questions were answered and what to do if we see any hornets again.(I was stungonce and needed to get medical treatment, so don't want it to happen again). I appreciated the prompt service response from the time I made the call to Terminix to the time Mr. Pearce finished th e job. Really appreciate your company!

My exterminator is great he listen to our concerns and attacks them. We usually don’t have any more problems.
Would like to give a 10 but the product used to control mosquitos does not do that great of a job
