Zach always does a thorough job. He methodically traverses our property, checking pest traps, wiping away spider webs that are too high for us to reach, and spraying bug killer where necessary. It is very nice to be able to sit outside and not be bothered by bugs or rodents!

Quick effective service
Alex is very thorough. He did note that the beams in my balcony that Terminix replaced only 4 years ago have cracked and should be replaced. I think Terminix should replace these at no cost since the first beams lasted 44 years.
The gentleman that came was knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
