Sergio Ramirez is the BEST tech I have had since I have been with Terminix. He is the 3rd tech to come to my home and spray and he really does a GREAT job of dusting off the spider webs and making sure everything is sprayed and webs swept away which the other techs did not do.
I hope to have Sergio as my tech for a long time, hope he does not go anywhere.

We've been very happy with our service. It's definitely cleared up our ant problem for which we are SO grateful. We really got hit hard this year. And while in the past, we've been easily able to control the ants with store bought and/or homemade bait, this year none of that worked. Joel was great. Easy to talk to and explained everything very well. And when there was a mix up with our payments, he really worked hard for us with his manager and between the two of them, they got it taken care of for us. So 2 thumbs up from us!
