Mostly this has to do with my representative Maurice Davenport. He is the face of the company for me. Very polite, always answers all my questions, and gives me feedback on what I should be looking for to fend off any issues. Always pleasant and he makes your company look great. Great employees make a great company.

I like the guy who comes to my house to spray. I have never had any problems. Very friendly and professional. The only feedback I do have is the service does cost more then other pest control services in the area so I think that may be a reason someone may go with another company. I have used Terminix for so many years that I haven’t switched.
Dave did a great job in ensuring that all concerns were addressed and was professional in completing the service. Provided information and ensured traps where not placed somewhere were toddlers could easily reach.
I believe Terminix is more expensive Ryan some other exterminator.

Terminix is always accommodating when i call them to come to the house! The technicians, especially mine - Adam Harris is excellent. He is thorough, explains anything i need to explain and gets the critters!! He lets me know via text when he is arriving and when the service is complete. Never any issues with him or the company and I would recommend if asked. Thank you for reasonable pricing also.
