Initially when I reached out to Terminix the technician did not show up, after several attempts to obtain a date prior to moving into my new home, I gave up and canceled out of frustration!
Thankfully, my adult son suggested I give Terminix another chance! After much contemplation I chose to call again.
Thankfully I did, the older gentleman that I spoke with was EXTREMELY patient, kind and empathetic!!! Hearing him state my previous experience was “unacceptable” provided assurance I was being taken care of. He personally reached out to the local Concord, CA team, scheduled an appointment and to my amazement the technician Adam Zepeda not only called to inform me of his arrival time, he actually SHOWED UP as scheduled & promised! Adam was great, kind and did a thorough job eliminating my “ant” issue. He explained the process, gave me his card and said to reach out to him if I had any issues!

Emilio, our Technician, is always approachable, if there is a problem. Gave us his phone #. He also calls in advance to say he is coming, rings our doorbell to speak with us. Emilio always asks about our family. We have been extremely satisfied with service from him.
