I was very happy with the service Alvin Price provided when he came to my home to address an active mouse problem.
But I was unhappy with the way my request for service was handled by the person when I called to get service. She initially indicated I would have to wait a week, but in the end they sent Alvin 2 or 3 days after I called. I had understood that with the annual plan, I could request and receive service anytime I needed it, whereas the phone operator made it sound like I had to wait for my regular quarterly appointment even though I had a problem to address.
