Great service from Vanessa. She always knocks and asks us if we’re having any specific issues with pests, does a thorough spraying and used a telescoping duster-type pole to remove spider webs from our patio covers, pergola and patio furniture.

Service Technician sends a message several days in advance of service date, and then again the day of service when he is on his way. Service Technician checks in upon arrival and again prior to leaving advising what he found and did. Service Technician is very friendly, informative, and professional.
Technicians are always in contact. Asking if OK to enter property, reminder of appointment and when job is completed.
