Tecnichian does a great job every other month. I get notified a day or so before the day of service to advise me as to what time he will arrive.
I am not happy with the terminix company office. The reason is that I mistakingly made two yearly payments. One by credit card and one by check. I have been trying to get a refund for one of those payment (made on 02-28-26 & 03-05-26) and have not been successful thus far. Even after calling numerous times. If I don't get a refund soon, I will be canceling my service for the future and I will take further action to finally get my refund back.
Nicholas Beshore is very good in communicating when he is coming and what he is doing. Also, in answering any questions when they arise. We have had no issues since starting with Terminex.
Alfredo Nares is my favorite! He's extremely knowledgeable about the pests he is terminating. My mind is eased knowing he is taking care of my home.
