Larry Avery from Terminix has been doing the service from well over 15 years now and he’s excellent. Responds to our questions and needs quickly, customer service is awesome.
You've taken care of me for almost 20 years and I rarely have you come inside to spray cuz of my dogs and I'm basically pest free except for the occasional silverfish or roach-ick!
I see good results from treatment. I receive reminders that they are coming and when they are done.

I live in a condominium & before I started with terminex whenever anyone in the building did work in their apt. Roaches would come in...now I haven't seen a single bug in years!
The service is exceptional, and seeing and talking with the technician every month is a plus.

Like Terminix service but don’t like the way the company set up appointment arbitrarily without any notice to customer as to whether they will even be home at that time.
Not the Terminix guy doing the service, but the companies disrespect for the customers time.
Our Technician Nick does a superb job but even more importantly he is a wonderful resource for other pest issues that Terminix does not cover like snakes, deer, rabbits etc.
