We recently switched to Terminix and had Brandon B. out for our first service. Hands down, Brandon is the most informative pest control technician I’ve ever worked with. He took the time to explain exactly what products he was using, why he was using them, and walked me through several great recommendations to help keep pests away in the future. He was extremely thorough, professional, and didn't rush through the job. It’s rare to find service this good and I highly recommend requesting Brandon if you give them a try!

Our tech is great and communicates well. He cares re his customers and takes care of their requests. Terminix customer service /corporate can be difficult, but our guy handles those situations. We stay with Terminix because of him.
