Mr. John Tibbs was the Terminix technician who treated our home for a swarm of cicada killers that created a nest under an eve. It was a difficult situation because of where the nest was and the number large flying insects, but Mr. Tibbs found a way to apply several treatments. He was professional, but friendly, and we appreciated his determination to resolve our situation.
